2. Eligibility & Account Information

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Products & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but we do not guarantee that product details, pricing, or availabilitywill always be up to date.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales of products to specific locations or individuals.

4. Payment & Billing

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal.
  • All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • If you use a non-USD payment method, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
  • If a payment is flagged as unauthorized or fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customers must provide a correct shipping address; incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping charges.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, you must report it within 24-48 hours with photo/video evidence.
  • If returning an item for any other reason (e.g., changed mind), the product must be unused, in original packaging, and the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If your refund is rejected, you will be notified.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost during transit, contact us, and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery.

9. Privacy Policy & Data Usage

  • We collect customer information such as name, email, phone, and address for order processing.
  • We do not store payment details; all transactions are securely processed through PayPal.
  • Customer data may be shared with shipping carriers and marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
