Return and Refund Policy

At DoroBooks, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

A. Incorrect or Damaged Items (Our Responsibility)

If you receive a wrong book or a damaged book, you may request a refund or replacement by following these steps:

Report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.

•Provide clear photo and video evidence of the incorrect or damaged item.

•Once verified, we will cover all return shipping expenses and offer either a full refund or a replacement book at no extra cost.


B. Change of Mind (Customer Responsibility)

If you wish to return a book for any personal reason (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong book), you may do so under the following conditions:

• The book must be new, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

•You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your original payment before processing the refund.


2. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a book for another product:

• The book must be new, unused, and in its original condition.

•You must cover the return shipping costs for sending the original item back.

•Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange. If the new item is of higher value, you must pay the price difference before the new order is shipped.


3. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost or stolen during transit:

•Contact us immediately at info@dorobooks.com with your order details.

• After verification, we will reship your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund to your original payment method.


5. Return Shipping Address

Customers returning a product must ship it to our primary business address:

•Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or damaged products.


6. Refund Processing Time

•Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

•If your return is rejected due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and you may request the item to be shipped back at your expense.


7. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 business days, please:

•Check with your bank or payment provider.
